Electrical cable testing was created by Archived Forum Admin
At Interwire I ran into a gentleman whose production company setsup stage events such as plays and concerts.
As part of set-up they string electrical cables overhead. His problem is that he needs to check cable conditions regularly for connections, resistance etc to assure they are in proper working order. This currently requires that he take down the cables, spool them , test them and replace them. He is looking for a method of testing the electrical cables in place. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Since my father is a electrician, I might be able to offer you this piece of advise.. visit Fluke's website, they make almost every type of electrical and data testing equipment known to man.

Their site is www.fluke.com

Hope this helps..
