Hello vermadevanj,

I'm afraid you must be much more specific in terms of what "rough braiding" is. I presume your tinned copper wire was hot dipped. Please confirm.

If by "rough braiding" you mean some wires protruding away from the cable surface unevenly, it is a question of rewinding all wires on bobbins parallel with even tension...using a steel comb to guide the wires parallel may help..so will providing some bristles to provide mild back tension to wires.
